What better way to share your LiveHire best practice tips and tricks than over breakfast and coffee on a Thursday morning?
Hosted at our brand new Melbourne office, our inaugural ‘LiveHire Best Practice Networking Event’ was held among guests from Alfred Health, Barwon Health, Little Real Estate and Shelde. Hosted by Customer Success Managers Jarrod Stooke and Lucinda Sgro with assistance from our Talent Community Consultant Ashley Wilson, the event focused on best practice processes and idea sharing among LiveHire users.
The discussion centred around where to most effectively spend your time to add the most value to your process, as well as your day. Keeping in mind the development of recent updates on the platform, such as Hiring Manager Permissions, work processes were shared on suggested habits and routines of various members of the conversation. Strategic Sourcing was at the front and centre in conversation, with different mediums being compared and tips were shared on how to optimise your strategy.
